Afternoon all,

Just a quick e-mail to let you know about the procedure for claiming back any money that CHV still owes you.

The final date for any money you wish to claim from this academic year (01 Sept 2009 - now) is 31st July 2010.  Any claims after that will not be paid.  The reason for this isn't that I am nasty (although I am) but because the accountant needs a complete set of payments at the end of our financial year.  If you haven't claimed by then I will assume you do not want to claim.

If you are a new group leader and you think your old group leader still has money to claim please let them know!  If you are not in Edinburgh then send the receipts to the CHV Mailbox and I will get them from there, otherwise give me a call and I'll meet you.
